I have been using wired headsets for 20 years -- and this one is the best. Best feature is that a lot of the prior headsets were battery powered -- needing battery changes regularly that reduce quality when batteries are low. This one is A/C hook up so I don't have to worry about turning it off when not in use.

The headset itself is an exact replacement for the original. The delivery was exceptionally fast, two days I think, in the middle of Christmas week.
